Yes, we accept returns in most cases. If your table arrives damaged, returns are free. See "What happens if my table arrives damaged?" for more information.

If you change your mind after receiving your table, you can still return it within 14 days of receiving it. Please reach out to fireflowchess@gmail.com for specific instructions.

Please keep all packaging intact until you have had a change to inspect it for damage and/or satisfaction. Original packaging is required for any return.

If the table is not damaged, you may be subject to a 5% restocking fee. This covers the cost of re-packaging the table. Buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs.

If your table arrives damaged, please do the following:

1. Immediately document the damage. Please clearly take photos of the shipping packaging, and the damaged areas. These are required for insurance claims.
2. Contact fireflowchess@gmail.com right away with photos and a description of the damage. We will respond with specific instructions for returning the table.

Upon receipt of the table, we will issue a full refund (return shipping costs are free in this case).

The table ships in two separate packages.  One contains the top, and the other contains the pedestal base, an assembly kit, and the pieces (if ordered).  Assembly is very straightforward, with four secure bolts holding the top onto the base.  All hardware (including tools) is included in the kit.

Shipping is free to the contiguous United States. Price will be reflected upon checkout.

We use UPS Ground (3-5 Business Days) shipping service. Packages typically arrive in 2 business days. Note that any packages valued above $500 require a signature upon delivery. This is an insurance requirement and cannot be waived. If you won't be available to sign, UPS will either re-attempt delivery, or hold it at a pickup location.

The LED light is permanently embedded in the epoxy resin and cannot be replaced. The light is a high quality LED light designed for over 20,000 hours of use, or at least 10 years. If the light does stop working, the power cable is easily removed from the underside control box. The table still shows beautifully!
